Common questions
How Fast We Get to You
How fast can you get here?
Genuinely quick, in most cases. We won't promise an exact time, because that's how false promises start, but call (02) 9054 3067 and we'll give you a straight answer.
How do I book?
Call (02) 9054 3067 and talk it through with a real person, or use the callback form on our contact page if it's not urgent enough to need an immediate answer.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
A burst pipe, a system that's stopped heating water, a toilet backing up, or a suspected gas leak all count as urgent. A slow drip or a faint drain gurgle usually doesn't.
Are you really available 24/7?
Genuinely, yes. A real person answers the phone at any hour, and a plumber gets dispatched from there, not put on a waiting list until morning.
Common questions
What It Costs to Get It Sorted
Why isn't the lowest price your main focus?
Because it's a bad trade for you. The lowest quote usually means the fastest patch, not the properly diagnosed fix, so we price it honestly and back it for life instead.
Does the price change once you start?
No. Once you've approved the fixed price, that's what lands on the invoice, and if something genuinely unexpected turns up, we stop and talk to you before doing anything further.
What payment options do you offer?
We'll talk you through the options once the job's approved and finished, whatever suits you best. Nothing is collected before you've agreed to the price.
What does the $65 off your first service cover?
It comes off the price of your first booking with us, whichever emergency plumbing job it is. Just mention it when you call to have it applied.
Common questions
The Thornleigh Questions
What suburbs do you service around Thornleigh?
Our regular run stretches from Wahroonga through to Westleigh, taking in Normanhurst, Pennant Hills and Hornsby along the way.
How local are you, really?
This is genuinely home turf, not a marketing line. Our plumbers know the difference between a Federation-era clay drain near the station and the ground that falls toward Headen Park and the creek line further north.
Do you handle strata and units in Thornleigh?
Yes. The unit blocks that have gone up near the station in recent years bring their own shared hot-water and stack problems, and we're well used to those too.
Do you take on local new builds and renovation work?
We do, right down toward the Lane Cove National Park boundary on the suburb's southern edge. Autumn leaf fall off the mature trees near there blocks gutters and gully pits every year, and it's often part of the same job.
Common questions
Who's Responsible for What
Are your plumbers qualified to work on gas?
Yes. Every one of us on the tools is a licensed plumber, and gas work is carried out only by our licensed gas fitters, under Lic #465156C.
What is your lifetime labour warranty?
It means exactly what it says: our workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the job, not just the first year or two after.
Can you check my licence number?
Of course. We're licensed under #465156C, and you can verify it any time at verify.licence.nsw.gov.au before you book anything.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully. Every job here is done by a fully qualified tradesperson, licensed for plumbing and gas alike, and insured whether we're working inside or out.
